Dan's New York Pizza, Made in Greenwood
Dan Frost has spent more than 20 years making New York-style pizza. Trained at the Culinary Institute of America, he brought that craft to The NY Slice when he took over in 2014. Today, he and his team make their dough in-house and welcome Greenwood neighbors with pizza made the way Dan knows it should be.
Definitely the best pizza I've had in awhile. Got it delivered, so wasn't the warmest. A bit of an odd taste, but maybe because I haven't had New York style in awhile. However, the crust is EXCEPTIONAL, I could eat it all day!
Owner treats you as family. Super sweet! One of kind pizza shop. This is my go to. In store made dough makes a difference in the taste from other pizza establishments. Definitely give them a try if you haven't already.
We celebrated Mother’s Day by ordering 3 boxes of pizza from here, and WOW!!! it did not disappoint! If you’re a fan of New York-style pizza, this place is a must-try. The crust is perfectly thin and crispy, the cheese is super flavorful, and the toppings were so fresh. Everyone in the family loved it, and it made our celebration even more special. Highly recommended 🍕
